【 點數購買與消保法七日鑑賞期規定 】 (Taiwan Consumer Protection Act Compliance)

1. 依中華民國《消費者保護法》第十九條第二項規定，並經行政院消費者保護會通過之「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第二條第五款之規定，非以有形媒介提供之數位內容或一經提供即為完成之線上服務，經消費者事先同意始提供者，不適用消保法七日無條件退款之法定解除權規定。

According to the Article 19-2 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and the corresponding executive orders, digital contents or online services provided instantaneously upon consent are exempt from the standard 7-day unconditional refund policy.

2. 退款條件與行政規費扣抵：在您購買本商號發行之「S-Points（點數）」後，若該筆交易完全未使用任何點數進行檔案上傳，您可在購買後 7 日內，發信至客服信箱 cs@saltycat.tw 申請退款。申請退款時，本商號將依法及第三方金流代收協定，於退款金額中扣除：(a) 銀行跨行轉帳手續費新台幣 15 元整 (15 NTD) 以及 (b) 藍新金流代收處理手續費新台幣 30 元整 (30 NTD)。請於信中註明您的註冊電子信箱、購買訂單編號及付款收據。

Refundable Scope & Deducted Processing Fees: Within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund of your S-Points order by emailing cs@saltycat.tw, provided that zero points have been consumed in that transaction. Please note that a Bank Transfer Fee of 15 NTD and a NewebPay Processing Fee of 30 NTD will be deducted from your final refund amount.

3. 不可退款之例外與安全責任限制：一旦您使用該筆訂單所產生的點數進行了至少一次檔案上傳，即代表該線上服務已開始提供且部分完成。由於本商號已經代表您向去中心化儲存節點代付了永久保存規費，因此該筆點數交易將永久無法申請退款、撤銷或轉讓。此外，以下情事亦絕對不予退款或補償：
• (a) **免費贈送之點數**：包含註冊預設點數、系統活動贈送點數、沙盒測試點數或任何非有價購買點數。
• (b) **遺失加密密碼**：若因用戶自身原因遺失、忘記其自行加密（Option B）或託管加密（Option C）的 AES 解密密碼，致使檔案永久無法讀取者，本商號不予退費或賠償。
• (c) **違規帳號停權**：若用戶因上傳違法、侵權、誹謗或危害公共安全之檔案致使帳號遭管理員停權（Suspended）者，其帳戶內剩餘點數將直接沒收，概不退費。

Exceptions & Liability Limits (Non-Refundable Scope): Once any portion of S-Points has been consumed for a file upload, the digital service is deemed fully delivered and irreversible. Consumed point transactions cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for:
• (a) **Gifted or Bonus S-Points**: Including default registration points, system gifts, sandbox test credits, or any promotional/grant points.
• (b) **Lost Decryption Passwords**: If a user loses or forgets their AES decryption password (making their archived files permanently unrecoverable), the Company is not liable and no refund will be issued.
• (c) **Account Suspensions due to Abuse**: If an account is suspended or blocked due to violating terms, illegal content, or copyright infringement, all remaining unspent S-Points will be permanently confiscated and are non-refundable.
