1. 服務接受 (Acceptance of Terms)
歡迎使用由「陞和姍科技商號」（以下簡稱「本商號」）所營運之 SuperArchive 閒貓典藏 永久檔案儲存平台（以下簡稱「本平台」）。當您註冊或使用本平台所提供之任何服務（以下簡稱「本服務」）時，即代表您已閱讀、理解並同意接受本使用條款之所有內容。如果您不同意本條款，請立即停止使用本服務。
Welcome to SuperArchive 閒貓典藏 ("the Platform"), operated by "Shen & Shan Tech Co." ("the Company"). By registering or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
2. 服務內容與 S-Points 點數系統 (Services & S-Points)
本平台提供一鍵式區塊鏈去中心化檔案永續保存服務。用戶可以購買本商號發行之「S-Points（點數）」，並使用該點數支付檔案上傳所產生之點數扣抵規費。點數購買之計費標準為：每 1 點 S-Point 折合新台幣 5 元整 (1 S-Point = 5 NTD)。每一點 S-Point 所能上傳與封存的實際檔案大小，將依據 Arweave 區塊鏈底層動態 Gas 費用與主網儲存成本進行浮動調整。本商號不保證單一 S-Point 所能承載之位元組上限永久固定不變，但將盡最大商業努力為用戶提供最佳、最高效與最具性價比的去中心化存檔價值與託管體驗。點數經扣抵使用後，即代表本平台已完成鏈上永久儲存之託管及付款，不得要求退回點數。
The Platform provides decentralized blockchain file permanent storage services. Users may purchase S-Points, priced at 5 NTD per point, to pay for file uploads. The exact amount of bytes and file sizes that 1 S-Point can upload depends directly on the underlying Arweave blockchain’s dynamic transaction pricing and storage cost. The Company does not guarantee a permanently fixed upload size threshold per point, but will continuously strive to deliver the maximum value and permanent storage capacity per point. Once points are consumed, the permanent on-chain process is complete and irreversible, and consumed points are non-refundable.
3. 使用者責任與內容規範 (User Responsibilities & Content)
您對您透過本服務上傳、儲存之所有檔案與資料承擔全部責任。您保證上傳之內容絕無侵犯任何第三人之智慧財產權、隱私權或其他權利，且不得包含任何違法、誹謗、暴力、色情或危害社會安全之內容。由於區塊鏈具有不可篡改與永久保存之特性，檔案一旦成功寫入區塊鏈，本平台亦無法為您刪除或撤銷，請您在上傳前務必謹慎確認。
You are fully responsible for all data uploaded. You guarantee that your content does not infringe on any intellectual property or third-party rights, and contains no illegal materials. Due to the immutable nature of the blockchain, uploaded files cannot be deleted or reversed. Please verify carefully before uploading.
4. 免責聲明 (Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Limitation)
本服務依「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。本平台僅作為協助用戶與區塊鏈主網進行交互、簽署、及支付代付手續費之去中心化閘道。本商號不在本商號之自有伺服器上保存、備份、備份快取或持有任何您的檔案內容。因此，本商號不對任何檔案之丟失、損壞、長期保存失效、下載超時或去中心化儲存節點之斷線承擔任何賠償或修復責任。如果用戶採用自行安全加密上傳（Option B）並遺失或忘記其解密密碼，該檔案將永久無法被任何人（包含本平台及本商號）讀取或還原，本商號對此不承擔任何責任。
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Platform acts purely as an interface/代付 gateway assisting users in signing and transacting on the blockchain. The Company does NOT store, host, replicate, cache, or maintain any copies of your files on our own servers. Therefore, the Company assumes zero responsibility or liability for file preservation, damage, storage network outages, download latency, or file loss. If a user utilizes local client-managed encryption (Option B) and loses their decryption key, the files are permanently unrecoverable by anyone (including the Company), and the Company is completely exempt from any liability.
5. 區塊鏈去中心化與 200 年永續保存機制 (Decentralized 200-Year Storage Endowment)
本平台底層封存機制完全基於 Arweave 去中心化區塊鏈協議。Arweave 協議採用數學上嚴謹設計之儲存捐贈基金（Storage Endowment）模型，旨在為資料提供超過 200 年（及理論上永久）的超長壽命去中心化物理保存。詳細技術原理與數學共識模型，請參閱官方 Arweave 協議白皮書 (Arweave Yellow Paper) 與學術共識文檔，以了解其永續共識及兩百年的儲存安全保證。
The Platform's underlying archiving mechanism relies entirely on the Arweave decentralized blockchain protocol. The Arweave consensus utilizes a mathematically rigorous Storage Endowment model specifically designed to safeguard and preserve data for over 200 years (and theoretically perpetuity) on-chain.
